Chapter 31-Veteran Readiness and Employment (28 - 1900)
- Provide assistance to veterans who have a service-connected disability of at least 10 percent and in need of vocational rehabilitation. Did 不 receive a dishonorable discharge.

Chapter 33-Post 9/11 G.I. 比尔® (Form 22-1990, program change/college form 22-1995)
- Provides education 好处 if you have served at least 90 days on active duty after September 10, 2001.
- 学费 and fees-if you qualify, will cover full in-state tuition and fees. Paid directly to the college.
- Monthly housing allowance and book Stipend (if eligible) paid directly to the student.

Chapter 33-Post 9/11 GI 比尔® 转移 Benefits (Spouse/Dependent Form 22-1990E)
- Active duty or 选择储备 service members may be able to transfer his/her Post 9/11 GI 比尔® 好处 if approved by the Department of Defense.

Chapter 35-Dependents Educational Assistance (DEA) (表格22 - 5490)
- A benefit for spouses and children of 100% services-connected disabled veteran or veteran who died due to services connected duties. If eligible, up to 45 months of entitlement is allowed.

VMSDEP-Virginia 军事 Survivors and Dependents Education Program

- Veteran must be totally and permanently disabled or at least 90% permanently disabled due to military service.
